Triple display with Windows system

[Right click desktop > Graphic Setting > Display > Clone Display]

1.Display Problem:

For Windows system laptop, it can only support 3 screens due to system restriction, the laptop screen will be turned off when connecting 3 external monitors.

2.HDMI or PD Problem:

A. Check your HDMI cable.

B. Ensure sufficient power supply.

Extend display with Mac OS system

[Guide: logo > System Preferences > Display > mirror Display(Yes or Not)]

For the Mac OS system, the docking station can only support to extend one different screen.

USB Ports

This Docking station comes with 3 usb A ports,which can connect usb keyboard, mouse, usb driver, usb hard disks to your laptop with high speed. USB 3.0 supports faster data transfer up to 5Gbps, 10X faster than USB 2.0.

Note:The USB Ports also support charging your devices, but the power is under 5W.

USB C Power Charging Port &USB C Transmiion data port

Maximum input power up to 100W

Allows to charge Type c devices with up to 100W of power, so you don't need to worry about power storage when connecting multiple peripherals.

Note: USB C PD charging is not applicable to laptops with AC charging adapters. Those laptops (Dell/HP/ThinkPad...) do not allow third-party chargers to charge the laptop in other ways. Some notebook usb c ports do not support high-power charging, resulting in slow charging.
