WHY WEAR THIS ANKLE SUPPORT?
Wearing this ankle support may be recommended if you have suffered ligament damage or are apprehensive. The support makes it easier to return to your sport (basketball, football, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) after a light to moderate sprain. It is easy to slip on thanks to its rear opening. Its ventilated fabric and design adapted to ankle shape ensure optimal comfort.
A sprained ankle is when you stretch or tear the ligaments. It mainly happens when people lose their balance on slippery terrain, either during a spontaneous movement or during active play. We reckon that a sprained ankle is the most common sports injury and that it happens at least 6000 times per day!
Measure your ankle girth, to 5 cm above the ankle joints. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart:
Size 1: 20 - 22 cm
Size 2: 22 - 23.5 cm
Size 3: 23.5 - 25 cm
Size 4: 25 - 26.5cm
