Install the PCI TO R232 expansion card on the computer
1. Turn off the computer and devices connected to the computer.

Matters needing attention:

2. Each PCI TO R232 expansion card occupies an interrupt, which is automatically assigned by the system. The sequence number of the port is determined by the PCI position.
3. In the WINDOWS system, if no other similar products are installed in the system, the port name generally starts from COM3, which is related to the number of COM ports on the motherboard.
4. In the WINDOWS system, if you want to replace it with a new card and a new driver, you must delete the original card in the "multi-function card".
5. It is strictly forbidden to insert or remove the card and cable connection under any circumstances.
