Nokia FastMile 5G receivers can be installed indoors or outdoors, on a window, on a table, and even on a wall or pole.  With high gain antennas (9dBi) and a 180° field of view, there is no need to point them directly at the base station to get good Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) service.

In Addition, the unique window mount design requires no tools to install so customers can install it themselves easily  even when it needs to be mounted to the outside of a window.

In cases where metal-coated windows (damping up to 30 dB) are present, the Nokia FastMile 5G (5G14-B) receiver can be mounted on the outside of the window with the same adhesive sleeve. 

An Ethernet ribbon cable then passes comfortably through the window seals. With a broad aggregation of operators between the supported bands, the Nokia FastMile 5G receiver improves performance and reliability by combining all resources into the available 4G and 5G bands. The device is equipped with a high gain antenna (up to 9 dBi). Mounts flat to the window and requires no alignment. The antenna automatically aligns with the RAN for easy installation. The 3D modelling tools help you choose the window with the best radio reception and a smartphone application guides the user through the installation process.
