For this type of high-power, high-starting current vacuum cleaner motor, the current of the power supply should preferably be above 15A, especially the switching power supply, preferably above 20A, because the switching power supply is protected when it is overloaded. Both of these two models have starting currents. It may exceed 20A. If the current is too small, it may even fail to start.

The movement of this vacuum cleaner is more upscale than ever. The motor uses a 545 high-speed brushed motor. There is a cooling fan inside. The carbon brush is an extended version, which is twice as long as ordinary carbon brushes! Life expectancy is also doubled! The use of ball bearings at the front and rear of the motor makes the violent high-speed rotating motor more stable and smooth, and also plays a role in reducing noise!

This batch of goods is uniform in color, and the motors are the same, but some of them have a card seat. We can only sell them as AB models. Model A has a card seat, and Model B does not have a card seat. The purpose of the card seat is to use a buckle to fix it. Live in a metal casing.

We found that even if the card holder is added, the metal shell can still be pulled out forcibly, but it takes a little more effort than the one without the card holder.

Some of the 545 motors are soldered, and some are only tinned and not soldered, and they are shipped randomly. Please note that the positive and negative poles of the motor cannot be red. If the motor is red, the motor will become restle. Although it is not a big problem, we still have to avoid re connection. Make sure that the red dot (red line) is the positive pole! ! !
