TC21 Product introduction:

1. Laptops/tablets/mobile phones that support USB-C Type-C interface to extend video and other content to the same screen or large-screen display devices.

2. There are two modes: copy and extend.

Copy mode: A-AA mode suitable for Windows/MacOS system;

Extended mode: A-BB mode, suitable for Windows/MacOS syst;

Dual expansion mode: A-BC mode, suitable for Windows system;

The TC21 is not suitable for Apple products with M1 chips, including Mac Studio/MacBook Pro 13"/MacBook Pro 14"/MacBook Pro 16"/iMac 24"/iPad Air/iPad Pro/MacBook Air/Mac mini/Mac Pro.

3. HDMI supports UHD 4K 3840×2160, @60Hz resolution output.

When only one HDMI interface is connected, the nsmission resolution is 4K@60Hz;

When only 2 HDMI are connected, the nsmission resolution is 4K@30Hz;

4. Please e sure that your output device has a USB-C port, and the output port supports audio and video signal output, otherwise this product cannot be used

TC20 product introduction

1. There are two modes: copy and extend.

The VGA interface is always consistent with HDMI1.

2. HDMI supports ul-high-definition 4K 3840×2160, @60Hz resolution output, VGA: 1080P@60Hz.

When only one HDMI interface is connected, the nsmission resolution is 4K@60Hz;

When only 2 HDMI are connected, the nsmission resolution is 4K@30Hz;

When only VGA or VGA and HDMI are connected at the same time, the nsmission resolution 1080P@60Hz.

3. Please e sure that your output device has a USB-C port, and the output port supports audio and video signal output, otherwise this product cannot be used.

Dual expansion mode: A-BC mode, suitable for Windows/MacOS syst;

3. HDMI supports Ul HD 1080P@60Hz.

When only one HDMI interface is connected, the nsmission resolution is 1080P@60Hz;

When only 2 HDMI are connected, the nsmission resolution is 1080P@30Hz.
