Each pouch contains 75% less sugar than leading regular sodas (per 12 fl oz, this product 10g total sugar, leading regular sodas 40g total sugar), making them a great artificially fruit-flavoured drink for kids.

Added sugars like high fructose corn syrup, honey, sugar and dextrose are more concerning than natural sugars like raisins because they can lead to obesity by adding calories without being accompanied by important nutrients like potassium, vitamin C or fibre.
