Enhanced print quality: With a powerful gear ratio of 9.5:1, this kit provides an immediate intense driving force. Its extrusion exceeds 60N for rapid transmission. The precise gear set coupled with an enlarged contact area for consumables significantly reduces slippage and wear, supporting printing speeds of up to 180mm/s.


Superior material quality: The kit boasts an all-aluminum alloy shell that has undergone oxidation treatment. The internal gears are made of hardened steel and have been treated with high-frequency quenching and hardening.


Versatile filament compatibility: This kit supports both long-range and short-range printing to cater to varying printing requirements. It is compatible with various consumable materials such as PLA/PETG/TPU/ABS/PEEK etc.


Simple installation and usage: The primary structure comprises three large gears, including integral quenched nickel-plated ones. The enlarged extrusion wheel design enhances the grip on consumables and minimizes slippage.
