ZL-6293A intelligent temperature controller selects NTC temperature sensor, with 30A control output, suitable for high temperature control occasions, such as silicone rubber heating plate, oven, electric oven and so on. Multi-function design with temperature control output indicator function, temperature setting function, temperature control function, restore factory setting function.



Features:

【Indicator Light】: With temperature control output indicator light function, temperature control output starts indicator light, temperature control output stop indicator light off, temperature control output is delayed protecting indicator light flashing.

【Setting Function】: With temperature setting function, support temperature return difference setting, minimum lower limit temperature setting, maximum upper limit temperature setting, delay starts setting, temperature correction setting, high temperature alarm value setting, high temperature alarm delay value setting.

【User Parameter Locking】: After the user parameters are locked, the user parameters can only be viewed but cannot be modified.

【Temperature Control】: When the measured temperature ≤ set temperature (SP) - temperature return difference (CP), the temperature control output is on; when the measured temperature ≥ set temperature (SP), the temperature control output is off.

【Temperature Control Output Delayed Starts】: After the system is powered on, the temperature control output should pass the PU parameter time before it can be started; during operation, after the temperature output is turned off, it should pass the PU time before it can be started again.

【Sensor Failure】: Stops temperature control, and temperature control output off.

【High Temperature Alarm】: When the measured temperature ≥ high temperature alarm temperature (Ht), after delaying the high temperature alarm delay time (Htd), the high temperature alarm is triggered and the temperature control output is turned off. When the measured humidity < high temperature alarm temperature (Ht), the high temperature alarm is automatically canceled; Note: During the high temperature alarm, the character "Hi" and the measured temperature are displayed alternately in the digital tube display.

【Temperature Calibration】: When there is an error between the measured temperature value and the actual temperature, it can be calibrated by CA parameter, and the calibration ranges ±50℃.

【Wide Applications】: With 30A control output, it is suitable for high temperature control occasions, such as silicone rubber heating plate, oven, electric oven and so on.
