Q : What should I do when the product cannot be used normally and the measurement data does not change?

A : Factory reset is required; data may be lost（As shown in the video link）

How to restore factory settings : （As shown in the video link）

Preparation:thin copper with 20cm,toothpick or thin-tipped forceps. 1.Enlace the copper on the 2 needles of TK100X tightly.(about 3-5 circles),keep trun on states 20s.(the meters should have full power). 2.Tear off the label back the meter,put the toothpick or forceps touch the key (see the pic with blue marker),you can loose your toothpick or forceps when you heard three times of the buzzer. 3.Loose of the copper enlaced on needles,keep the meters turn on.Afer 10-15s please depre the ZERO key and not release till the buzzer ringed 3 times,the display showed “0”,then turn off the meter. 4.Turn on the meter again,check the reading with thedust in normal state.
