WCH:CH32V307VCT6
10M ETH/Type-c USB HS/Type-c USB FS/EEPROM 24C32/SPI falsh W256/TF MicroSD/USR key LED
The CH32V305/7 is an interconnectivity MCUs based on 32-bit RISC-V core, with hardware stack area and fast interrupt entry. Compared with standard RISC-V, the interrupt response speed is greatly improved. With single-precision float point instruction sets added and stack area extended, the CH32V305/7 features higher performance, the number of UARTs is extended to 8, and the number of motor timers is extended to 4. The CH32V305/7 provides USB2.0 high-speed interface (480Mbps), built-in PHY transceiver and Ethernet MAC upgraded to GbE, and integrates 10M PHY module.
FeaturesQingke V4F proceor, up to 144MHz system clock frequency.

Packages: LQFP64M, LQFP100. Debugging and Bootloard:
When debugging, it is recommended to use YD-Link or WCH-Link for program debugging (e.g. step debugging, breakpoint debugging)
When downloading in bulk, it is recommended to use the USB cable to download with the official software. When using the USB cable download method, you need to perform the following steps:
Pre and hold the boot0 on;
Pre the RST on;
Release the boot on after 1 second;
The ISP software recognizes the MCU and performs the corresponding operation;
Power up again or pre Reset.
Both type-C USB ports on board can be connected to the USB cable for downloading and encrypting the program. Downloads using the software name WCHISPTool can be oained from the official website or opened in the programming software MountainRiver Since the MCU core is RISC-V, this situation determines that the ecology of the ARM core cannot be used, for example, it is not poible to use IDE development programs such as keil-MDK, but the ch can use a development IDE similar to KEIL-MDK: MounRiver, and supports English. Also because the MCU core is RISC-V, it can no longer use the ARM microcontroller debugger, fortunately, there is a cheaper and more convenient dedicated debugger YD-Link or WCH-Link, the debugger can switch modes can be given to the ARM microcontroller as a DAP-CMSIS debugger for debugging, and can switch another mode to the CH32V series of microcontroller debugging. The debugger can perform single-step, breakpoint debugging in The MountainRiver.
