Instructions for use:

1. Confirm whether the size is appropriate, and you can cut it according to your own needs

2. Boil the water to about 75-80 degrees celsius

3. Put the mouthguard in the water

4. Soak in water for about 30 seconds

5. Adjust the mouthguard

6. Put in cold water to set
