1)there are 2 options, one is C to DVI-D Single link adapter(up to 1080P@60Hz) and one is C to DVI-D Dualink(up to 2560X600@60Hz).We will send only what you choose and pay for. 2) to use this adapter, the USB-C or TB3 port of your devices must support ALT mode. 3）this USB-C to DVI adapter was fully tested to support 2560X1600,however, this really depends on the features and capability of your own devices. 4)Qualified DVI-D dualink cable is needed. 5)Recommended to use with pc and laptop only. 6)For OSX users, the resolution is hidden in the display options, when you hold down the "option" Key while changing the resolution 2560*1600 can be selected. 7)ipad and mobiles are not supported
