Warm tips:

Before using the docking station, please charge the docking station or use the adapter to charge the laptop.

Do not plug all ports into the docking station at the same time and connect to the laptop last. Avoid some interfaces not working properly. If some ports do not work, please try to unplug the "USB-C HOST" and other ports from the laptop in turn, then insert the USB-PD in turn, and connect the laptop to the HOST port.

When the docking station uses the Windows system and then needs to connect to the MacBook system, it is recommended that you unplug the laptop and all ports in turn before using the MacBook.

This USB C Dock comes with a 3-foot cable, it is not recommended to use a cable longer than 3.3 feet, because too long a cable will affect the transmiion of video signals.

DS801-C is compatible with Macbook, but it should be noted that MST cannot be realized, only A+A+A can be realized, and A+B+B can be realized.

This USB-C Laptop Dock is equipped with two USB-C ports, "USB-C Host" is connected to your laptop, and the "USB-C PD" port is connected to the USB-C power supply, making the docking station work stably and charge your laptop. Please note: The "USB-C PD" interface only supports charging, not data transfer and video output. Why is my 2nd HDMI monitor not working?

Windows Solutions:

Make sure your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.

If you need more help, here's what to do: Select Start, then open Settings. Under System, select Display. Your PC should automatically detect your monitors and show your desktop. If you don't see the monitors, select Multiple displays, then Detect. Use the dropdown list to the image of your desktop to choose how your screen will project acro your displays. Please go to System Preferences > Displays to make sure the external display is detected, then select the desired configuration, and how the screen is projected on the display.

Why is my sound/microphone not working?(Note: Audio is not recognized for Chrome OS due to system reasons)

Windows Solutions:

To configure the proper audio input device, select Start (Windows logo Start on) > Settings (Gear-shaped Settings icon) > System > Sound. In Sound settings, go to Input > Choose your input device, and then select the microphone or recording device you want to use.

To configure the proper audio output device, please click on the Sound icon at the bottom right of your screen. Click the arrow to the speaker option. You will see the options available for audio output. Click the one that you need based on what you are connected to.

MacOS Solutions:

To configure the proper audio input device, please go to System Preferences > Sound > Input to choose which microphone you'd like to use to record sounds or to speak into.

To configure the proper audio output device, please go to System Preferences > Sound > Output to choose where you would like your MacBook sounds to play from.

Why is my ethernet not working?

When the Windows system is used up, when using this docking station for a MacBook system, the dual-screen display may not be displayed. You need to unplug the HDMI and re-insert it to display normally.
