RETURN POLICY

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Customer must dispatch or nsfer the Goods to the Seller or another person authorised by it in the agreed manner without delay, but not later than within 7 (seven) days from the submiion of the notice on the withdrawal from the agreement to the Seller.

When the Goods have been returned, not later than within 7 (seven) days from the withdrawal from the agreement the Seller shall return all amounts p by the Customer in the established manner or the faulty Goods may be repd with fit ones (covering the price difference).

The Customer bears all direct costs in connection with having the Goods returned, except for the cases where the Seller aumes such expenses under the agreement.

Only unused and unstained Goods in their pamay be returned. A purchase doent (an invoice received upon purchase) has to be provided when returning the Goods.

CANCELING OF THE ORDER

To cancel the order before your purchased it are sent please send our customer service team by email ann.wu@apware.cn filled "Payment Request Form".

RETURN OF QUALITY ITEM

If you wish to return a purchased item, you can do it not later than within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please notice that:

Only unused and unstained Goods in their pamay be returned.

Purchase doent (an invoice received upon purchase) and filled "Item Return or Change Request Form" must be provided when returning item.

Upon return of a quality item depending on your request we will either the full amount of money p for the item or will exchange the unsuitable item with another one (where price difference, if any, must be covered).

The Buyer must cover the shment costs when returning or exchanging any quality products.

If we deliver a wrong item, we will cover the return and new item shment costs.

SPARE PARTS WARRANTY

URW vehicle hub bearing parts are granted a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty.

Please notice the following ant statements:

The warranty is granted to the new parts ONLY.

All claims related to the defects of the parts revealed during utilization can be presented during the time of validity of a warranty. The warranty period is calated from the day of aembly of the part.

The warranty is not valid if the defects occurred not due to the fault of a seller of a manufacturer. For example: due to improper utilization, accident, aembly without application of the requirements established by a manufacturer, effect, etc.

The warranty is not applicable to the parts repd during a periodic vehicle maintenance service, such as filters and spark plugs, with the exception of those cases, when the defect is detected before the parts must be repd during the following periodic maintenance service and if the defect occurred due to the manufacturer's fault.
