For 7mm hard disk, it is necessary to add the additional EVA pad between the hard drive and the enclosure.
What is the solution to the problem that the computer cannot recognize the hard drive through this product?
Check that the connection between the data cable, the product and the computer is good.
The new hard disk must be partitioned and formatted for the first time, otherwise the computer will not be able to recognise the drive letter.
Check that the system supports large capacity hard drives. WinXP 32-bit systems do not support hard drives larger than 2T.
Confirm that the hard drive format matches the hard drive format supported through the system. If they are inconsistent, please format the HDD to a HDD format supported through the system: Windows supports NTFS/exFAT/FAT32, Linux and MacOS support exFAT.
