If your foot length varies more than 0.4CM. it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.

If your second toe is more than 0.4CM. er than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit.

How should my Fivefingers® fit?You want your toes and heel to fit into each poet comfortably and snuly, with your est toe grazing the end of the toe poet. You do not want the standard ? inch of "wile" room as desired in ditional footwear.Although it is perfectly fine for your toes to graze the end of the toe poets, make sure that each toe can extend fully. If any of your toes are scrunched or curled due to la of space, you need to go up in size. Alternately, if you wile your toes and they sl out of the toe poets, you need to go down in size. Ultimately, you should find a pair that you are comfortable in and that allow you to perform activities freely and naturally-as if you are wearing no shoes at all!I'm a man-can I wear women's sizes?
