When purchasing instructions:
1. Quality issues (objective factors):
Within 7 days after receiving the goods, contact customer service personnel and take photos to confirm that it is a product quality issue. Returns and exchanges can be made. If photos are not provided or contact is delayed, the customer will bear the loss.
2. Non quality issues (subjective factors such as size, color, or personal preferences):
Without prior use and without affecting our secondary sales,
Within 7 days after receiving the goods, contact customer service personnel for return or exchange (please note the replacement model, size, and color), send the product back to our company, and provide the tracking number to customer service. The company will confirm that the product is in good condition and return/exchange it to you.
The round-trip shipping cost is borne by the buyer themselves.
3. Less or wrong shipment:
Please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the goods, including the bill of lading number, distribution list, photos, and the actual weight of the received goods. If the goods are not picked up or contacted later, the customer will bear the loss. After checking with the distribution list, if there is a shortage or incorrect shipment, we will resend the goods to you.
