Technology: CNC fine carving

CNC is one of the most sophisticated printing tools.

The proceing time of each printing is long. It is so-called slow work produces fine work. It is carved on stainle steel with a very sharp knife head. The knife head is very easy to wear. It is neceary to do the second and third times to ensure the finene. Each printing is checked with a high power magnifying gla before leaving the machine.

Material: 304 stainle steel

After a variety of materials comparison, although 304 stainle steel proceing is the most difficult, but its hardne is high, so the maintenance performance is more outstanding, the service life is the longest.

Integrated pole: whole pole turning

The welded pole is very easy to fracture when being hammered. Although the integral rod needs to drop most of the material car of the whole bar, the cost is high, but the integrated rod is durable.

R & D: fine data

Because the printing head is too fine, it is impoible to determine the value through measurement, so each printing is adjusted to accurate data in countle proofing, sample and redo.

Polishing: full manual polishing

Relying on the experience of using printing tools, the polishing master can not only ensure the clarity of printing, but also avoid eating cow hide in the proce of using, so as to maintain the finene to the greatest extent.

Armor pattern is synonymous with heroism. When I was in armor 1 series, I saw many leather friends making leather goods such as scabbards and belts, which are particularly good.

There is only one piece of armor II series. Compared with other arrangement prints, it is a print with its own background.

In the proce of arrangement, six triangular planes can make the arrangement easier and more suitable. After the arrangement effect is completed, all triangular planes form a plane, and the armor pattern floats on this plane. If other printing shapes the leather material into one independent individual after another, the armor two series is to shape a whole leather material into two planes, The overall stereoscopic sense is more amazing.

Considering the common thickne of bags made by many leather friends, I use 2.0mm carved leather in the demonstration diagram. If I use leather materials above 3.5mm, I think the three-dimensional feeling will be stronger.
