installation 1. In terms of installation tools
The tools required for installing solar powered road studs include: electric hammer, ruler, screwdriver, small rubber bucket, chalk, generator, electric hand drill, and glue mixer.
2. Auxiliary materials
Epoxy resin A, B, cement
3. Detailed installation steps for solar powered road studs:
(1) Firstly, it is necessary to use a ruler to determine the installation position of the road spike, and install one at 15m (or directly according to the installation distance required in the drawing), ensuring that the position of the road spike is in a straight line in the longitudinal direction and also aligned horizontally to the left and right.
(2) The ratio of adhesive for installing road studs is 1:0.7 for A adhesive and B adhesive, and then 15% -30% cement can be added to increase the strength of the adhesive after solidification. (Note: The adhesive should not be stirred too much at once. It is sufficient for one person to stick 50-70 road studs, and each nail requires approximately 40-50 grams of adhesive.)
(3) Before installing the road spike, it is necessary to clean the road surface at the installation location. After cleaning, use a screwdriver to apply approximately 40-50 grams of adhesive on the back of the spike and place it in the designated position. After placing it, press and rotate it twice to make the spike and road surface bond tightly.
(4) After the installation of the road studs, it is necessary to use a screwdriver to scrape off the adhesive that has spilled around the studs and clean the road surface.
(5) Two hours after the installation is completed, it is necessary to conduct a further inspection of the installation situation and check for any leakage or installation deviation. If there are any, they should be dealt with in
