Conditions of Use and Precautions:

2.Operating environment and fluid temperature: 5 ~ 60 ° C

3.Equipped with a cylinder used medium after filtering through a filter element above 40μm can be used (that is, the air source for the cylinder should be used after filtering through an air filter).

4.Corresponding air pipes and joints should be selected for the pipelines connected to the equipment, and the internal dirt must be clear to prevent debris from entering the cylinder and damaging the cylinder.

5.When crimping large square ends, please ensure sufficient air source and air pressure.

6.If used in a low temperature environment, anti-freezing measures should be taken to prevent the water in the system from freezing.

Suggestion: Use the cylinder medium after oiling and lubrication (that is, install oil mister in the air supply line; turbine No. 1 oil ISOVG32 is recommended).

Notes for Maintenance and Storage:

1.Before use, inject a little lubricating oil at the joints of the movable shafts of the hine to extend the life of the hine.

2.This product is a pneumatic product, no matter it is used or stored, it can not be placed in high, low temperature and high humidity environment.

3.Keep it clean and dry when not in use to avoid rust. The disassemb intake and exhaust ports should be blocked with dust caps or other dust-proof measures.

Fixture Replacement Instructions:

1.Shut off the air supply to avoid danger caused by accidental activation.

2.Remove the c fixing screws with the supplied screwdriver.

3.After removing the cs, replace the required cs and re-fix the screws.
