The selected transformer should have a small no-load current and a small leakage inductance. The no-load current of ring transformer is le than 0.1A, the EI-shaped is le than 0.3A, and the mouth-shaped is le than 0.5A. If the no-load current is large or the leakage inductance is too large, the will burn. For example, the welding machine and the street lamp transformer can not be used (both the no-load current and leakage inductance of the welding machine are large, and the no-load current of the street lamp transformer is large). The ring transformer must be connected in series with the inductance of ferrosilicon-aluminium magnetic ring. The EI can be added without the lip shape.

Main board function description of power frequency sine wave inverters:

Take 12V as an example:

1. Battery Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage is le than 10.5V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter (no AC voltage output at this time), and the inverter is in standby mode.

2. Battery Overvoltage Protection: When the battery voltage is higher than 14.7V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter and enter standby mode.

3. Battery startup automatically: When the battery is protected by low voltage, when solar or wind energy charges the battery to 12V, the inverter automatically starts and outputs AC voltage to the load. When the overvoltage protection of battery is restored to 14.7V, the inverters start automatically.

4. Temperature Controlled Fan and Overtemperature Protection: When the inverter works normally, the fan does not turn. When the temperature is too high, the fan automatically runs. When the temperature drops, the fan automatically stops running. When the fan is damaged and the temperature is too high, the inverter will turn off the inverter and enter standby mode. When the temperature drops, the inverter is automatically started to output AC.

5. Shock and Short Circuit Protection: This Inverter has real-time hardware current limiting protection, and software delay (400mS) short circuit protection plus power frequency isolation transformer. The reliability of the product is improved.
