This product supports charging while using. The remaining battery indicator is green (high), green flashing (medium high), red flashing (medium low), red (low). The red light is on and must be charged before it can work. Low battery level will affect the welding effect

Short press to power on

Long press to shut down

6 minutes without any action will automatically turn off

Instructions:

1. Short press the button to turn on, long press the button for 3 seconds to turn off

2. After startup, the module is in automatic welding mode, and welding occurs once every 2 seconds

3. After turning on, the output power of the spot welding machine can be changed by briefly pressing the button, and the blue light indicates the gear position

4. Ensure that the welding surface of the battery is free of rust and clean and flat

5. Ensure that the nickel sheet is clean and flat

6. When the welding head detects contact with metal, it can output once, and after lifting it, it can be welded again for the next time

7. Set up the spot welding machine and press it with appropriate force to ensure good contact between the welding needle and the nickel sheet, as well as between the nickel sheet and the battery, without any suspension or poor contact. Welding can be carried out. Different nickel plate thicknesses and different gears are used, not necessarily the higher the power, the better the effect. You can try which gear is more suitable
