Step 1Get your car a new plate frame with two small tags on the baof the bottom of the frame. Position your plate inside the two small tabs and e sure the mounting holes at the top line up as well.Step 2Push the screw through the front of the washer,gn the frame with the hole in the car, and insert the screw and washer. Tighten the screws and washers to the vehicle.Step 3Finally, pre the blalid firmly against the turnbuckle until it enes with the clatter.
