About :
The principle is to adjust the input voltage. Some fans support 7V voltage to start, while some can only start up to 12V. Therefore, some fans will have a virtual position phenomenon during adjustment (similar to rotating a section of fan speed without response or no rotation), this is all It is a normal phenomenon and not a product quality problem, please pay special attention.
