1. When the watch is displaying normally, press the M key: one press is the stopwatch function, the two is the alarm setting, and the third press is the time calendar setting. L= LIGHT, M=MODE, S= START, R= RESET

2. When the time is displayed normally, press the S key to display the date, and press the R key to display the bell time.

3. 12/24 hour status setting: In normal display, press the M key 3 times to enter the time adjustment status, then press the R key 2 times to enter the hour adjustment status, and then press the S key to adjust the 12/24 hour system. After setting, press M key once to return to normal time display. P or PM stands for afternoon (12-hour clock), H is for 24-hour clock.

4. Time setting: In normal display, press the M key 3 times to enter the time adjustment state. The seconds flash, and then press the S key to check the seconds, press the R key again, the minutes flash, and press the S key to check the minutes. In the same way, press the R key to adjust the hour, date, month, and week status. After flashing, press the S key to adjust. 8. How to use the stopwatch: In the normal display state, press the M key once to enter the stopwatch function, and then press the S key to start the stopwatch.
