Uses of Electric Kettle

1) Boil water The first and most obvious use is to heat water. We need hot water for a plethora of things such as your morning coffee or tea. All you need to do is fill it up to the brim and let it boil. An interesting feature offered by electric kettles is that it automatically shuts off when the water is hot. Along with sparing you from the job of manually switching the kettle off it also saves electricity!

2) Heat milk For those of you who have asked, can we boil milk in an electric kettle? The answer is yes. Whether you just need coffee or a hot chocolate or you are in a mood to have some warm milk, just pour some in the kettle and off you go! However, you need to remember that if you are going to use a kettle for boiling milk, you need to pay close attention to it. Overboiling milk may lead to spillage or give out a burning odor. Keep the process going for about 12-15 minutes and you are good to go! Also note that we do not recommend you to boil eggs in a kettle where the coil is present at the bottom, however you can always go ahead if the electric kettle has a uniform bottom.
