This module is an automatic buck-boost power supply. When the input voltage is lower than, higher than, or equal to the output voltage, the output voltage can remain stable. For example, when the output is set to 12V and the input voltage changes between 5 and 32V, the output voltage will remain unchanged at 12V; there are constant current, constant voltage, undervoltage protection, and output indication and fault indication functions. The output has overcurrent and overcurrent protection. Voltage and short-circuit protection; all components can reach industrial-grade applications; it can be perfectly applied to various occasions, such as charging, high-power LED driving, equment power supply, vehicle power supply, etc.

Instructions:

1. Battery undervoltage protection adjustment method: (Take a 12V lead-acid battery to set 10V undervoltage protection and turn off the output as an example) Adjust the input and stabilized power supply to 10V, adjust the undervoltage protection potentiometer (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease), until the fault indicator (red light) just lights up, that is, the setting is succeful; so when the battery is discharged to 10V, It will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the battery from damage. Note: If it is not battery powered, you can sk the setting; 2. Output voltage adjustment method: connect the input to the power supply (the voltage is higher than the undervoltage protection value), the red light is off, the blue light is on, the output is connected to a multimeter, and the output voltage potentiometer is adjusted (clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease), Until the required voltage; Note: Normally, the red light is off and the blue light is on. Otherwise, it is faulty. Input under-voltage protection, output over-current protection, output short-circuit protection, please remove the fault and re-power on. 3. Output current adjustment method: (Take a 12V input to charge a 12V lead-acid battery with a charging current of 5A as an example) The input is connected to a 12V power supply, and the output is connected to an ammeter (the red test lead is connected to the positive output, the black test lead is connected to the negative, and the output is directly shorted. It is recommended to use an ammeter above 15A to prevent burning of insurance), adjust the constant current potentiometer (clockwise increase, reverse The hour hand decreases) until the ammeter shows the required value of 5A. Remove the ammeter and connect the battery to charge normally. Note: For constant voltage equment, only the maximum output current needs to be set.
