①If you want the laser engraving,should choose the option with LOGO to purchase when placing an order. ②You can send us the text or the picture you need to customize,and we will send you the rendering,and we will not print untill you confirm with us.So pls also keep in touch.(There are some font or iamge for you to choose,you also could send us the logo want print ) ③We can only print silver LOGOs,that's mean the logo would be matal color,like stainle steel color. ④Please try to choose a simple LOGO and le text,because the printing area is limited and can only be printed in a relatively flat area. ⑤If the customized product is not a quality problem,it can not be returned. ⑥And one more thing I want clear,there are manual operations,there may be some errors,please kindly understand.But pls also believe in us,we will try our best to reduce errors.
