The second egg test (Day 11th-12th) focuses on examining the development of the egg embryo. A well-developed embryo will appear larger, with visible blood vessels and a large, distinct air chamber. The third egg test (Day 16th-17th) involves shining light from the pointed side. A well-developed embryo will be larger and completely fill the egg, with minimal light transmission. In contrast, a dead egg will exhibit blurred blood vessels, yellow areas near the air chamber, and an unclear boundary between the egg and the air chamber.

Hatching period (Day 19th-21th):It's into hatching period once cracks appeared on the eggshell,Meanwhile increase the humidity to ensure the eggshell soft enough to break, and decrease the temperature into 37-37.5°C/98-99°F.
