Solution: Please firmly insert the probes in the unit, no gaps! Really need push it hard. Then probl soed.

Solution: Please open the GPS if your phone is Android system as Google play requested ( newest version APP needs GPS permiion). Please turn on the Bluetooth, then search and pair the device on BBQ GO APP, don’t search the device through Bluetooth page directly.

FAQ 3: Can I put this unit in high temperature places?

Solution: No, it can’t. The plastic back magnet temperature should not over 80℃/176F.

FAQ 4: Can one unit be linked up to multle phones or one phone connected with multle units?

Solution: One phone can only connect with one unit at one time
