Put the gold (silver) teeth together with silica into 70-80 degrees of hot water soak about 15-30 seconds, so that the fixed wax foam soft (note not to use boiling water, otherwise the silicone bubble bad, can not be used)3. Put the gold (silver) teeth into your mouth and gently bite with your upper and lower teeth. The soft wax is squeezed by the teeth to adjust its shape in the user's mouth to match the tooth shape and act as a fixative. 4. If it doesn't work well, repeat until you're satisfied. 5. After each use of braces, rinse and dry with water, keep well[ usage advice ] for the first time, wear braces. If you have something in your mouth, you won't be able to adapt to anything. Just insist on wearing braces for two or three times. When you eat, please remove the braces to maintain oral hygiene
