Transfer paper precautions

(1) Paper use:

Transferable: non-cotton T-shirt (with less than 30% cotton), ceramic cup, porcelain, jigsaw, metal plate, pearl plate, slate painting, pillow, school bag, mobile phone case, mouse pad and other flat products.

(2) The difference between the front and back of the printing paper:

Liwu sublimation transfer paper white surface for printing surface, pink surface for the back. Sublimation transfer paper is slow-drying paper, it is recommended to dry after drying for a while and then transfer, the effect is better.

(3) Introduction to printing ink:

It is necessary to use sublimation transfer ink. This kind of ink made of disperse dye will sublimate at the transfer temperature and dye with the substrate; good quality ink is not easy to block the nozzle, the color is realistic and the stability is good.

(4) Note on paper use

Since the surface of the paper is coated, it may be slightly rolled up in the air for a long time. Please roll the paper in the opposite direction before printing, and fold the two ends of the paper downwards to avoid paper jam in the printer (in case there is a card) Paper phenomenon, please set the printer property \'paper\' option to coated paper or envelope).

(5) Precautions during transfer

No touching the image on the surface of the paper with your fingers to avoid leaving the fingerprint on the image. When fixing the drawing on the cup, do not flip the drawing back and forth on the cup to avoid the color of the paper surface, which will affect your transfer quality.

(6) Hot stamping pattern problem:

1) The color is light: the temperature is uneven or the pressure is uneven or the time is too short

2) Pattern blur: excessive time leads to ink diffusion

3) The surface of the pattern is dull: the pressure is too high or the temperature is too high

4) Local blurring of the pattern: uneven heat distribution in the hot stamping areas

5) The pattern has scars: the hot stamping time is too long

6) The color of the pattern is different: the pressure is uneven or the transfer coating of the object is uneven.

7) Sticky paper: the temperature is too high or the transfer coating of the object is bad

Transfer process description:

Use sublimation ink to perform mirror image printing, print the image to be transferred on the sublimation paper, and then transfer it with a heat transfer machine or a baking cup machine, and run the specific settings according to different equipment, environment and products.
