Directions:

1. Put 4 AA batteries(not included) in the power box,  and connect the eye mask and controller to the power box as it showed in the images. Then switch the button on the power box to the USB side.

2. Press the button either A or B on the controller to activate hot pack model , then a red signal lights up . At this step, the default temperature and the duration for hot pack is 38 degrees  for 15 minutes.

3.Button A  and B on the controller are used respectively to select the temperature and minutes for the hot pack, press them to get the desired setting. Note: when select the highest temperature which is 51 degrees,  the time is fixed to 15 minutes. All the temperature and time settings are effected firmly to the environment temperature because of heat loss.

4. For cold pack, only put the gel pad back into the eye mask after it chilled out from refrigerator.

The Power Box(when put in batteries): the power box also can be used  for emergency illuminating or power source for cell phone
