How to use:

Loosen the external screws, lay the inner hoop flat, place the cloth on the hoop, and then place the outer hoop on the inner hoop.

Flatten the cloth and tighten the screws.

Continue to level the fabric to ensure that there are no wrinkles, and make sure that the fabric is both vertical and horizontal, and tighten the screws.

Check whether the hoop is tight enough. The way to check the tightness is to use a needle that is threaded through the surface of the fabric. It can be used if there is a bang when pulling wire.
