Q: Can all the games or downloaded games in the game console be played normally?

A: Due to the development of the , many different versions of games appear on the Internet. Due to the existing technology, it is still not poible to e one adapt to all games. We currently have 95% game compatibility of our game consoles, but there are still about 5% of games that may not be perfectly compatible, may not be able to open, or there is a game console that does not support you, or it is very stuck after opening. These are all normal phenomena. Generally, you can download other versions of the game. Hope to understand.

1. How to install this game box ?

Connect the adapter to console for power ,HD cable connect to game box and TV set . Then pre power on to turn on .

2. Why there is no games when turn on the game box ?

Please e sure that SD card plug into console .

3. Why the TV remote control is no responding?

Please e sure that the AAA battery have enough power . When you pre any on ,the controller will show red light that it work .

The TV remote control needs to be aimed at the game box's sensor and the angle cannot exceed 45 degree angles.

4.How to exit the games and return to game list menu?

Please pre "start" +"select" at the same time ,and then pre two times that will exit games .

5.How to change the language ?

Choose one emulator ,enter to game list , choose one game and pre " start " on that will call out the menu with Game/System Setting .
