Feed rate

1.The specification parameters of the insert and the performance of the machine tools

hail be considered(Fmax =wx0.075).

2.The feed rate shall not exceed the R angle radius of the insert.

3.In the proce of grooving,the problem of ch removal can be soed by small

cutting depth and step-by-step machining.

Cutting depth

The cutting depth shall not be le than the t radius AP of the insert.

2.The cutting depth depends on the cutting load of the machine tool.

3.The deviation and clearance angle of machined parts can be improved by using

different shape insert.
