1. lt wouldnt work properly if not connnecting the USB cable with 5V 1A adapter to PS2 to HDMl Converter. The package includes a USB cable but not inclueds a 5V 1A adapter. You could use 5V 1A adapter of your mobile phone or tablet to connect USB cable, then power the Converter.
2. Need to change the video output to Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr in the ps2 settings and connect the provided usb cable to the ps2 usb slot.
