for Mister-USB Hub Board: This is an optional add-on USB Hub for convenient USB device connections. With this board the for MiSTer has an extra USB ports that fit snugly under the existing chassis. The USB Bridge seamlessly connects to the DE10-Nano SoC board without any additional wires.

for MiSTer IO Board: The for MiSTer IO Board is an optional expansion that plugs on top of the for Terasic DE10-Nano SoC. It adds the following features to the for MiSTer Platform:

3 Buttons
3 Status
Secondary SD card (for some cores)
FAN for cooling the FPGA
Expansion connector (in the form of USB 3.0 connector, it's not USB!)
Additional to integrate the for MiSTer into cases.
