Production Method:

1. Choose a fun bottle that you want to recycle.

2. Make sure the DIY hummingbird feeder plug fits the nozzle. (Avoid installing bottles that are too tight as it may damage the stopper).

3. Check the bottom of the bottle to make sure it doesn't have a saucepan. Flat bottoms work best. (A bottle with a shallow bottom will also work.)

4. Clean the surface and allow it to dry, then remove the film from the suction cup to reveal the tacky surface.

5. Center the suction cup and push it firmly towards the bottom of the bottle to ensure air bubbles are squeezed out.

6. Fill the bottle with nectar and hang it in the shade.

Avoid heavy bottles and deep-bottomed bottles. For added realism, you can choose to add a few drops of 100% natural food coloring to the nectar.
