I had a hectic time setting up this camera. The app is only for Android 13. There is no PC version. The model is v720(which is the name of the app on Android and iphone). I nearly returned it but after some research I got a version for Android 10. After setting up I liked it's performance. You also need to use a branded memory card not a generic one. I gave it a 4 star because of the setup.
