Note:

l8K video requires a desktop computer with an NVIDIA RTX 2060/2070/2080 or an AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series GPU or above. Laptops with 11th generation Intel Lake CPUs and Intel Iris Xe graphics, such as the Intel Evo certified laptops also support 8K (installation of the latest Intel graphics driver may be required).

lDual extended displays are not supported on macOS. If more than one monitor is connected, the host will mirror the first monitor. Dual monitor capability (DisplayPort MST) is required by the host computer for dual extended display support.

lAll Macbook, Macbook Pro, and Mac Mini with Apple M1 or Intel chips can only support a maximum resolution of 4K@60 Hz.

lFor dual 4K@60Hz resolution, please confirm your device supports DP 1.4

lCertain 8K and 4K 120Hz TVs may require a firmware update to work properly.

l4K 120Hz and 8K support must be manually enabled on some 4K 120Hz and 8K televisions.

lVRR/G-Sync/Free-sync are not supported.

Note:Please make sure the USB C port on the HOST device supports video transmiion andDisplayPort 1.4to reach 4K@60Hz.

Xiaomi or Redmi phone can not support USB C to HDMI/DP cable.

Refresh rate setting to adjust the 60Hz, If your device doesn't support 4K60Hz, it will automatically adapt to 4K30Hz.
