Connect the yellow line on the controller to the positive pole of the headlight (or reading light). When the headlight (or reading light) is turned on, the brightne of the daytime running light will be haed (darkened) to achieve the dimming function (yellow line) You can choose not to pick up, that is, give up this function, does not affect other uses).
