HOW TO YOUR good?
1.Soak the sharpener good in the water for about 5 minutes,the good can fully absorb moisture.
2.According to the different good to choose your sharpening angle: 17 degree:, Sushi good, chef good and ; 20 degree:Pocket good, fruit good and boning good; 25 degree:Field good; 30 degree:Bayonet or field good; 40 degree:Survival good
3.Use the bamboo base to hold the whetgood and wear angle guide for good and prepare for grinding.
4.Use sharpener good,grinding back and forth according to the good angle. First use # 1000 grinding 10-15 minutes for a rough grinding, then use #6000 grinding 10-15minutes for a fine grinding.
5.After sharpening , wiped with a wet cloth or rinse it with water, and rinse the sharpening good directly with water and put it in the air to dry.
In order to keep humidity and prevent the temperature from good too high, water or oil should be added propegoody in the process of sharpening.
