Features:
● This very handy device can be used for all types of temperature control. For example:
1. Use it to convert a freezer to a fridge.
2. If you have a broken fridge thermostat, dont worry, just take out the existing thermostat and use this as the thermostat.
3. Attach a heating device (light globe or heating belt) to this item and use it to heat up a product you want to ferment.
4. Use this for rising bread.
5. Use this for making femented beverages (, , kombucha, yogurt etc).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Plug temp controller into mains socket.
2. Press up button for 4 seconds to change back and forth from heating to cooling mode. The mode can be indicated by the red or green LED.
3. Plug your heating or cooling device into the socket on the front of the temperature controller.
4. Press the set button and then press the up and down arrow keys to set the temperature.
5. Place the temperature probe in the area that you would like to control the temperature of.

AUTOMATIC OVERHEAT TURN OFF SETTING:
This device has an automatic overheat turn off setting. This means that if your device has the heating item on for too long continuously it will turn the heating device off. This is a handy safety measure built into the device.
