1 .How to use in temperature mode ① Toggle the switch on the back of the product to switch and enter the temperature mode; ② Insert the probe into the right interface of the thermometer, pre the MEAT key, the LCD displays six types of meat, pre▲and▼keys to select the meat, then pre MEAT key to confirm; ③ Temperature alarm setting: Insert the probe into the food, the food temperature is displayed on the left side of the LCD, and the right side is the preset alarm temperature. Pre the▲▼key to adjust the alarm temperature upwards, When the current temperature is greater than or equal o the alarm temperature value, the alarm will ring and the backlight will flash at the same time. Pre the MEAT on to stop the alarm; ④ Toggle the ℃ / ℉ function on the back of the unit to switch between ℃ and ℉ ⑤ Pre the LIGHT key to turn on the backlight. (Automatically tum off the backlight after 5 seconds ) 2. How to use in timer mode ① Toggle the switch on the back of the thermometer enter the timer mode; ② LCD display 0 (HR): 00 (MIN), pre HOUR key to adjust the hour value, pre MIN key to adjust the minute value; (pre HOUR and MIN keys at the same time to clear the value) ③ Pre the ST/ SP key to turn on the timekeeping mode; ④ Pre the LIGHT key to tum on the backlight. INSTRUMENT OPERATION 1. Clock/Timer

Connect the cord to on said of the thermometer. The code is hear resistance up to300°C(572°F)

the display show the temperature is °C or °F, pre the on °C/°F as youneed.

To set the desired temperature. pre on UP or DOWN to adjust the temperature

Inset the probe on the cord into the food to be cooked, then it will display thetemperature, when the food reached the set temperature, the thermometer will beep.

How to use the timer

Push the on on the back of the timer to TIME mode

It will show MIN and SEC. to set the minute and second,

To start and stop the timer , pre S/S

To reset the timer: pre and hold MIN and SEC simultaneously.
