1. Set the output voltage: According to the float voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of the LED after series or parallel connection, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer (CV), and set the output voltage to the required voltage. (without load)

2. Set the constant current value: turn the first CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 turns, use the multimeter 20A current gear to short-circuit the output, and adjust the CC potentiometer to the current value you need to set.

Note: When setting constant current, the voltage should be higher than 1.2V, otherwise the constant current function will fail.
