Customer questions & answers Question: In the size, what is the difference between 1 color and 16 color? Can they all be controlled remotely? Answer: Both can be remotely controlled, but 1 color has only one color, 16 color has 16 different colors, which can be changed. Both of them can have several modes, such as speed control, jumping, etc. Question:Can you trim the exce off the bottom of each strand? It's way too long for my window and I don't like the exce sitting on the floor. Answer:Yes the copper is made to be trimmed safely. Question:what is the wattage of each strand? I want to know how many strands I can loop together into 1 outlet plug. Answer:Not sure of the wattage. However each strand has to be plugged into its own outlet you cannot string them along together. That's the one downside to this product Question:None of the modes will stay on. it always switches to other modes. ive been preing #8 which says steady but it does not work. how can i fix this? Answer:I had the same iue, try directing the remote to the plug-in usb. But generally, when the lights turn on, the settings is set to one. Question:Are these hung using a curtain rod? Answer:Each strand has a small hook to attach to metal rod with slit opening. I strung wire up behind my rod to make it easier to slide the lights where I want them. Question:Is this 1 panel of lights or 2. Like can they be split for 2 sides of a window? Answer:It's actually a long row of lights with small hooks on it. The only way it could poibly cover two windows, they must be side by side, then yes. But if they are not close together I'm uncertain how good it would look. About shipping
