Operation process
It is recommended to clean the teeth with a fluoride-free polishing paste before . The colorimetric plate is used for colorimetry while the teeth are wet. Plastic or approximately filled instruments should be used.
1. Prepare the cavity according to the requirements of resin filling, and then clean and dry the cavity. Important: Be careful to keep the work area dry. It is recommended to use a rubber dam.
2. Multi-faced holes require a transparent molded piece.
3. Use a matching bonding system to avoid contamination before filling.
4. Fill Charisma into the cavities (the last 2 mm of each layer). If the has been severely discolored, an opaque dentin resin substrate is required.
5. An opaque dentin layer is often required gingival cavity, and Charisma opaque dentin resin is particularly suitable for this purpose.
6. The thickness of the filling material should not exceed 2 mm. Each layer needs to be separately cured by . Due to the oxidation air, each layer of the resin has a layer of fluorine-inhibited diffused layer on the surface after curing, which is the basis for bonding with the next layer of resin and therefore cannot be touched or contaminated. Curing with a curing lamp (such as Translux) for 20 seconds, the curing depth is adapted to 2 mm. For dark or color-blocking resins, the illumination time test is extended to 40 seconds.
7. It can be processed and polished immediately after polymerization. The shape of the corundum bur can be repaired and polished with a polished strip. If the material is not fully cured, it may cause postoperative pulp stimulation, coloration of the filling body, shedding or physical properties. In order to avoid premature curing of the material during operation, the should be removed from the work area.
