You have to take some photos to us and calculate the not working lamps quantity and try to remove /disaemble the plastic shell and get the LED plates and only shped these not working LED Light Source to us without Plastic shells and acceories, you would have to pay for the shping charge in your country, you can find the cheapest shping agency to send back these LED Light Sources to us. Once we got the tracking information and we will send you new LED Light Source Replacement to you with free shping to your country.
